Pool & Lanai Cleaning
Pool enclosures, lanais, pool decks, and wood decks and docks cleaned gently, so the outdoor room feels like part of the house again.
Exterior care, done the way the surface deserves
A screened pool and lanai is where a Florida home actually lives, and it collects everything the climate throws at it: algae on the deck, pollen and love bugs on the screens, and grime on the framing and furniture areas. We clean the whole outdoor space top to bottom with low pressure and the right solution for each surface.
What's included
- Pool enclosure screens and aluminum framing
- Super gutters and enclosure tracks
- Pool decks, pavers, and lanai floors
- Lanai and porch ceilings
- Wood decks and docks
- Outdoor seating and kitchen areas

Pool Enclosure Cleaning
Pool cages collect algae, pollen, and love bug residue on thousands of square feet of screen that you cannot exactly scrub by hand. We clean enclosure structures and screens gently, top to bottom, so the view opens back up and the lanai feels like an outdoor room again.
- Screens, framing, and kick plates cleaned gently
- Super gutters and enclosure tracks cleared
- Deck and lanai surfaces rinsed clean on the way out

Lanais & Pool Decks
Pavers, coated decks, and lanai floors darken with algae and foot traffic long before anyone notices it happening. We clean the floor, the ceiling, and everything in between, and protect the pool, plants, and furniture while we work.
- Pavers, pool decks, and lanai floors cleaned and brightened
- Lanai ceilings, walls, and trim washed
- Pool, landscaping, and furniture protected during the work

Wood Decks & Docks
Wood holds moisture, and in Florida that means algae, mildew, and gray weathering that makes boards slick and tired looking. We clean wood decks and docks with methods suited to the wood, bringing back the grain without tearing up the surface.
- Algae and mildew removed from boards, rails, and steps
- Methods matched to the wood, not blasted
- Waterfront work planned around the shoreline
Gentle by design
Screens, aluminum framing, pavers, and wood decks are not built to take high pressure. We use the least aggressive method necessary on each of them, and plan product use and rinsing around the pool, your landscaping, and your pets.

Pool Cleaning FAQs
Will soft washing hurt my plants or pets?
We protect landscaping before we start, rinse it during and after, and keep pets' areas clear while we work. Products are chosen to get the best result with minimal environmental impact, and we will walk the property with you before we begin.
How often should a pool enclosure be cleaned?
Most enclosures look their best cleaned once or twice a year. Heavy pollen seasons, nearby oaks, and lakefront lots can call for more. We will recommend a schedule after we see yours.
Can you do the house, cage, windows, and gutters in one visit?
Yes, and that is how most clients book it. One crew, one day, every exterior surface done, with a single scope-based price you approve up front.
Do you clean inside the home?
No. We are exterior specialists, from the roofline to the driveway. Interior cleaning is not a service we offer.
